Volmiano, historic farm, famous in the area and the history for this product, producing oil since 1427. Even now, the Volmiano olive oil is produced in the estate mill, cold-pressed with millstones, but with stainless steel machines and a robot to stack fiscoli which speeds up the processing time. The fiscoli are changed 1 or 2 times depending on the need. The Volmiano mill fringes only their olives.
